The south-facing apartment has a small furnished balcony. With no direct neighbors, you have direct access to Parc des Dryades. It's on the first floor of a residence with an elevator, secure bike storage, and a non-heated pool. Within the residence, you have access to a non-heated pool and secure bike storage. The building is secure. Free parking spaces are available in front of and around Parc des Dryades.
